This sale is by appointment only. Please contact Mark to reserve a day and time when you can come and shop through the house. We’ll need to know how many people will be in your party so that we can maintain appropriate distancing measures. We provide masks for those who don’t have one and we have hand sanitizer that we ask you to use. We do require that masks are worn the entire time you are on the premises even if you are the only customer there.

If you see something in the photos you want to purchase and simply do curb pickup, with the exception of large pieces of furniture, we are happy to help with that. We can accept payments via Venmo or credit cards by phone. When you are shopping in person we will also accept cash payments of exact amount. We will provide a deposit box for you to insert your cash payment.

If you are purchasing items that you can not carry alone, you will need to bring help with you; we will not be able to help with that. Services we normally provide to assist with your purchases will not be available due to current social restrictions. 

There has not been any illness in this house.
