Getting there is not for the meek. You will park on the main road and walk back to the house – maybe the equivalent of nearly 3 city blocks. And once you are there you will be so glad you didn’t miss the opportunity.  Keep reading because I will have some suggestions to make your experience easy for you.

A few suggestions … this is in the woods. If you use an insect repellent when you are in the woods, use it. Wear comfortable shoes. Instead of carrying a handbag, bring a laundry basket and boxes. Bring cash; although we do accept credit cards for some purchases, the connection to do so online is very slow at best.  Please be prepared with small currency if you do not expect to spend much money.
 

When you are walking up the path there is a fork in the road – please stay to your left. The house to the right is an occupied private property. That homeowner has use of the road/driveway where you will be walking. There is NO PARKING off the main road or close to the house. No exceptions.  Vehicles will only be permitted to enter when you are picking up large items you have already paid for.
