• All of our items are either pre-owned or antique and will show the usual minor signs of wear and use. We do our best to note any significant wear to the pieces and detailed photos to collect condition information. All items are sold "as is" "where-is", with no guarantees or warranties. NO RETURNS.
• We accept cash and credit payments only.
• No large purses, totes, boxes, or bags will be allowed in the home.
• Please bring help to load large items and furniture. All items must be removed at the close of the sale.
• We are not responsible for any accidents while you are shopping so please be careful and courteous to those around you and watch your step.
• Sign in sheet will be posted between 8:00am and 8:10am on the first day of the sale only, you must be there to sign in (no signing in for friends and family)
• NO PARKING IN DRIVEWAY - LOADING ONLY
• NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS.
