o   Antonio Picado Model 49 classical guitar, Model 49 - Solid Western Red Cedar soundboard with solid Indian rosewood sides and Indian rosewood laminate back, Honduran Cedar neck and ebony fingerboard with bone nut and saddle.

o   2018 Martin Guitars, HD28ERetro, Martin Retro Srs Dread A/ E, Nat SN: M2178139 (SN:M2178139). A Faithful Re-creation of a Classic Martin.

o   2018 Fender American Professional Telecaster, TeleAPMBB. Butterscotch SN: US17104065 (SN:US17104065).

o   2012 Eastman Pagelli 7512 Classic PG-1 - Upgraded tailpiece and new knobs. Eastman Pagelli Archtop PG-1 Unique Ergonomic Moderistic design by Swiss Luthier Claudio Pagelli. This Eastman Pagelli Instrument features a carved spruce top, carved 2 piece solid flamed maple back, violin loop style ebony tailpiece, all maple bindings, 3 piece maple neck with ebony fingerboard, 25" scale length, 1 3/4" nut , 16 1/2" lower bout at widest point. Fitted with non adjustable ebony bridge with removable saddle, floating Kent Armstrong pickup. Standard Eastman adjustable bridge and Eastman hardshell case are also included.

o   2019 Epiphone Casino Coupe with Pau Ferro Fretboard Turquoise Good condition, very light scratches on the body in general, This Epiphone plays awesome, and works perfectly. Comes with a case.

o   2022 Fender George Harrison Limited Edition Solid Rosewood Telecaster. A gorgeous example of one of the most sought after guitars in years. Fender manufacture date of 2/7/22. This was picked up from an authorized distributor and under full warranty. Taken out of the box, professionally setup, played for an hour and put back in the box. The body is chambered for reduced weight and increased resonance; other features include a rosewood neck with a laminated 9.5" radius rosewood fingerboard and a custom neck plate engraved with an Om symbol

o   1993 G&L Legacy Special Made in USA. Gorgeous cherry sunburst. In perfect condition. Locking tuners, beautiful in every way.

o   Goldtone “Banjitar” GT750. The GT-750 Acoustic-electric Banjitar Deluxe from Gold Tone, combines premium tone woods with gig-ready electronics and unsparing craftsmanship. The result sounds like a banjo but plays like a guitar, so 6-string players can relish banjo twang with no learning curves whatsoever! Deluxe cuts of maple used across the resonator and rim supply the bright quintessential sound of folk instruments, and the resonator’s curly maple material shines with captivating woodgrain elegance, especially under stage lights. o   Fender Stratocaster. 2010’s. Locking Tuners, Cherry Sunburst.Great shape, Like New condition. Case and extra strings.

o   Fender Stratocaster, HHS 2005. Made in America. Great Guitar, Humbucker, Single Single. With Case. Maple Neck with a Rosewood Fretboard. 10/10. Blonde Very light use.

o   Fender Telecaster Thinline. Gorgeous guitar! Thinline Model. Made in Mexico. With Case and extras.

o   1953 Gibson ES-125. This is very nice original 1953 guitar. It had some condition issues and was repaired by a professional. The new D'Addario Jazz guitar strings have a wound 3rd string. P90 pick up works great and so do the volume and tone controls. The action is very comfortable. String machine heads also have been lubricated and work well. The case is not original. The guitar has been professionally set up.

o   G&L Bass JB-2. Brand New, with soft case. The JB 2s classic Alnico V pickups have tone reminiscent of the best examples from the early ‘60s, thanks to the work of Paul Gagon, G&L VP Engineering. While the pickups are the origin of the tone, the JB 2 will surprise you with a clarity and sustain unmatched by old basses with their rudimentary bridge design. The JB 2 features an innovative G&L Saddle-Lock bridge to transfer string energy right into the body end-grain for an incredibly resonant instrument. If you’re ready to let go of the past but still love that classic Alnico tone, get your hands on a JB 2 and experience a brilliant mash up of old-school and new-school Leo.

o   2018 Eastman T186MX. A full-size 16” thinline at the “top of its class”! Carved Maple Top, Carved Mahogany back and sides with versatile, responsive, with plenty of tone and attitude! Dual Seymour Duncan Seth Lover Humbucker 

o   Gold Tone PBR Paul Beard Signature Round Neck Resonator 2010s Two Tone Tobacco. Bought from new "old stock" so it has a bit of shop-wear. It has a very small ding on the face. The metal resonator plate has micro scratches that are difficult to see unless under direct light.

o   Gallien-Krueger MB112-II 1x12-inch 200-watt Bass Combo Amp. Almost New Condition.

o   Blackstar HT STUDIO 20, Tube Amp. Almost New Condition. With a clean/dirty pedal.

o   Blackstar HTV-112 MK III 80-watt 1 x 12-inch Extension Cabinet. 80-watt, 16-ohm, 1 x 12" Open-back Extension Cabinet with Celestion Speaker. Mint Condition.

o   Vox Valvetronix AD15VT 15-Watt 1x8" Modeling Guitar Combo 2000s - Black. Excellent Shape.

o   Fender Acoustasonic Junior 2-Channel 2 x 40-Watt 2x8" Acoustic Guitar Amp Mod 1990’s, Tweed and Brown. Used, and it shows, but still plays as fresh as the day she came off the line at Fender.

o   PEDALS:

o   Boss MD-200 Modulation Pedal, With 12 modulation modes derived from the flagship MD-500 pedal.

o   Dunlop GCB95 Cry Baby Standard Wah Pedal. This is the original Dunlop Cry Baby wah pedal

o   Singular Sound BeatBuddy Mini 2 Drum Machine Pedal. If you need a drummer but don't need all the features of the BeatBuddy, Singular Sound's BeatBuddy Mini 2 is for you. This stompbox-sized drum machine is loaded with beats sampled from professional drummers, and you can control it with your feet.

o   Boss BCB-90X Deluxe Pedalboard and Case. Building on the decades-long success of the BOSS BCB-60, the BCB-90X improves the versatility of its predecessor with an impressive customizable design.

·       Hand Carved Eagles: The eagles are carved from moose antlers the homeowners found in the woods in Maine, and had carved by a Native American artisan. They also have custom made bald cypress stands so they can stand on the floor or a table and rotate

·       Hand made juniper wood and travertine lamp: The travertine was harvested in Idaho, and the lamp base was made from a 500+ year old western red juniper that was laying on the forest floor. The copper lampshade was custom designed and fabricated.

·       Custom coffee table: The coffee table is large and heavy, also made from western red juniper and travertine.

·       Custom made foyer table: The foyer table is also travertine but from a different location than the other pieces in the home, which is why it is more white in color. The legs of the foyer table are also western red juniper.

·       Custom made Juniper wood lamp table: Custom made by Creationsinantlers.com, it is made of Western Red Juniper with a hickory shelf and Juniper base and custom copper lampshade.

·       Banyan tree installation: The banyan tree is over 10' tall and it is currently covered in vines, but it is a magnificent piece that was formerly owned by Elizabeth Gilbert, the author of Eat Pray Love. It is a 10'2" tall by 34" wide banyan tree section, imported from Bali, Indonesia.

·       Custom made plant table: The plant table is from Texas, one leg came from Willie Nelson's property (Willie Nelson is a family friend of the homeowners) and the other is from Arizona. The tabletop has molten tin inlaid to level out the voids. The table top is assumed to be spruce but was a reclaimed piece so it’s not 100% certain.

·       Custom carved elephant corner piece: The elephant is made from walnut sourced from the Medford property. The eyes are inlaid ebony and the tusks are inlaid maple.

·       LIKE NEW LaZboy power recliner, brown leather.  Excellent condition, used only a hand full of times.
