All items are sold as-is where-is meaning there are no guarantees or warranties whatsoever. Bidders agree to complete their own due diligence and take full responsibility in all of their purchases.

All descriptions are visual opinions based on the Auction house's experience and do not warrant as a guarantee, unless specified.


Condition is appropriate to age of the item. The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is free from damage and wear.

Please review all pictures posted in the listing. We encourage all buyers to request a condition report and/or additional photos prior to bidding on any lot as ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS.


Successful bidders are required to schedule pick up or make delivery arrangements within 14 days from close of auction. All arrangements are done at the buyers expense and coordination. We are happy to assist, but buyer assumes all responsibility. After day 15, there is a storage fee of $10 per day per item not to exceed605 days. Items left after 60 days will be considered abandoned with no refunds.
