This is a cash only sale. We are not responsible for accidents on the property. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges, and all items are sold as is with not guarantee. You must wear a mask and you may be asked to do a temperature check before entering the property. You may start an entrance list on the first day of the sale but you must stay with the list until the sale is open at 9AM. No lists the day before will be honored.We had to change this to Saturday only because many of the items are in the yard and on the deck and it may rain on Friday so this is a SATURDAY ONLY sale.
Description & Details
This is the first part of a 2 part sale. The garage ,shed and downstairs room contents will be in the sale.This is a very nice collection of new and old, from several generations of collectors. There is also some nice flea market and Ebay things in the sale as well as some general merchandise. Nice overall sale and the house is loaded with vintage glassware and antiques ,some of which will be put in this first sale but we need to clear out the garage and shed first. We will put some nice things in each sale. The second sale will be 2 weeks after the first sale.
