This is a cash only sale. We are not responsible for accidents on the property. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges, and all items are sold as is with not guarantee. Masks are optional for the fully vacinated , if you are not vaccinated please wear a mask.You may start an entrance list on the first day of the sale but you must stay with the list until the sale is open at 9AM. No lists the day before will be honored. We will be adding pictures as we only did the basement floor so far and the garage is packed with vintage items .
