Terms of Sale:
1) PAYMENT: Payment must be made in full by the Liveauctioneers payment system, bank wire transfer, PayPal. Payment can also be made by cash at time of pick-up or by credit/debit card at time of pick up. We do not take any credit cards over the phone. All international transactions over $2000.00 we ask for a wire bank transfer for. Transactions over $10,000.00 may also require a bank transfer. This payment must be made with-in 24 hours of the auction. Within 1 – 2 hours after the auction, we will contact you as the high bidder with payment directions. We may process your credit card on file with Liveauctioneers if payment arrangements are not made with-in 72 hours. If payment is not received with-in 72 hours you will be reported as a non-paying bidder. After 72 hours the contract between the buyer & seller would be voided and resold at the next available sale. A 18% Buyer's Premium is added to the final bid price of all items in house. Liveauctioneers collects and remits most states sales tax. A 6.625% NJ Sales tax will also be charged to NJ residents. New Jersey Sales tax will be collected and remitted by Bodnar’s Auction if you pick up and pay in person only and you will need to fill out the appropriate resale ST-3 or ST3-NR forms and you must present a Certificate of Authority to be considered as tax exempt and be an appropriate re-sell type of business. The auction House has the right to hold merchandise until funds clear!

WE STAND BEHIND WHAT WE SELL

Shipping: For this sale we are offer in-house shipping on most small items. All items are Local Pick UP Only or large lots or oversized items will be taken to the Local UPS store in Monmouth Junction, NJ. You must contact us within 24 hours to let us know if you are picking up or if we are shipping UPS. If you are local (in NJ) we will contact you about picking your item up. If you are out of NJ, YOU MUST contact us regarding picking up your item or it will automatically be given the UPS Store and a handling fee may apply. They will pack and ship the items to you. Please get a quote from them before bidding at the sale. They are UPS Store Monmouth Junction, NJ – 732-230-3551, and their email is store7449@theupsstore.com . They generally pick up from us on the Monday after the sale. If you do not pay your bill in the 72-hour timeframe your items will be delayed to the UPS Store by another auction cycle which can mean you items can be delayed up to 3 weeks. You agree to pay the shipper the cost of packaging the item as well as shipping it to you. If you do not agree to pay the shipper, the items will be considered abandoned. If you do not pay the shipper within 14 days after they contact you, they will automatically return the items to us. Pick up dates for this sale will be Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday following the sale date and are by APPOINTMENT ONLY in South Brunswick, NJ. All items MUST be out by Monday 6-27-2022 or they will be considered abandoned and disposed of no exceptions. All items must be paid for within 24 hours of the sale. Once your appointment has been made, you cannot change the day or time as we fully book up very quickly. Please bring your own packing materials and boxes, all box-lot boxes stay with us. There are no exceptions to the timeframe of picking items up from our location. Some items that are small and easy to ship will be shipped using our in-house shipping department. After the sale if you have been chosen for this, you will be informed. In-House Shipping is a $10.00 per lot handling fee plus actual shipping and insurance and will ship USPS or UPS pending on who is cheaper. For this sale we are also offering local delivery to the Tri-State area by Mike's Way Pick-Up and Delivery. They can be contacted directly for a quote at 732-672-3856. We do not have the rates at our location so please plan ahead and reach out to them for a ballpark estimate before you bid. We have also used DAX Global Logistics for furniture and oversized pieces. Due to the nature of this sale and logistics of getting a shipping company to pick up we do have one day only for certified shipping/moving companies to pick up the items on July 1, 2022, after July 1, the items will be placed into our storage for a fee of $200.00 and after July 31, 2021 they will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of with no refund to the buyer, please keep this in mind when you bid.
