By registering for and participating in our auctions, bidders acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Registration and Bidding
All bidders must register through LiveAuctioneers before participating.
By placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item if you are the successful bidder.
Bids cannot be withdrawn once placed except as permitted by LiveAuctioneers.
Item Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, and condition reports for all items.
All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding age, authenticity, condition, provenance, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
It is the bidder's responsibility to review all descriptions and photographs and to request additional information before bidding.
Final Sale
All sales are final.
No returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations will be accepted except where required by applicable law or approved at our sole discretion.
Payment
Payment is due within 48 hours of the auction's close.
Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Wire Transfer, and Cash for approved local pickup only.
Items will not be shipped or released until full payment has been received and verified.
Shipping and Pickup
Buyers are responsible for all shipping, handling, insurance, taxes, customs duties, and import fees.
Shipping will be arranged after payment has cleared.
Local pickup is available by appointment only.
Purchased items must be picked up within the timeframe provided unless prior arrangements have been made.
Risk of Loss

Ownership transfers to the buyer upon full payment. Risk of loss passes to the buyer when the item is delivered to the shipping carrier or released during local pickup.

Non-Payment

Failure to pay within the required timeframe may result in:

Cancellation of the sale.
The item being offered to another bidder or relisted.
Reporting the unpaid transaction to LiveAuctioneers.
Suspension or restriction from participating in future auctions.
Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for typographical errors, omissions, technical issues, bidding platform interruptions, internet failures, or circumstances beyond our control that may affect the auction process.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the auction company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in our auctions constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions as well as our Payment Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
