-We will provide numbers to save your place in line, those numbers will be available by 5:00AM the day of each sale
-Cash and Credit Cards ($20 min) only, no checks will be accepted
-Please bring boxes and packing materials, we will have bags and a limited supply of packing items. We ask that customers wrap their own items after purchase to make sure they are wrapped to your satisfaction
-All sales are final, there are no refunds so please look over your item before you purchase
-Although we do our best to minimize any hazards please know that you are attending the sale at your own risk.
-We are selling vintage medical and apothecary bottles as well as vintage packaging as collectibles only that may have residual contents, depending on the specific item we may ask that you sign a simple hold harmless release to purchase those items

The pictures have been edited to show what remains, EVERYTHING will be at 50% off!! We actually found more items in storage that weren't even out at this sale!! We have taken more than a month to go through every box, nook and cranny to organize and prepare this home for our Estate Sale. The gentleman who owned all of the contents was a true collector with a great eye and this is reflected in every room of the home, even the bathrooms are stocked!
