This is a huge farm that used to be a Thoroughbred Horse Farm, unfortunately it will have to be torn down in the near future so we are selling ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! There are barn doors, windows and wood! The house is Mid Century California Modern and though it is in rough shape there are some real goodies in there! In the house is a Danish Teak Dining Room Set, Several bathrooms right out of the 60's with all tile and appliances available plus lots of smalls as well!
There are three barns, 2 are horse stalls the other is an actual barn. There are two tractors that although they have seen better days are still very cool and vintage! A few golf carts and lots of barn wood to be had!
If you have not attended a DEMO SALE, that means you can bring your tool box and literally remove items from the walls and take them home! Barn Wood and Old fence wood will be sold by the foot, other items will be priced or will price by the lot. We will require EVERYONE WHO ATTENDS to sign a hold harmless release as you will be walking throughout the farm and there will be people removing items from the various buildings throughout. Please keep this in mind as you will not be able to attend if you choose to not sign the release. Thank you in advance.
Please see the pictures and video to get an idea of what we will have there, this is only a taste of what we really have, there is actually a basement that we JUST found!! This will be alot of fun and not a sale to be missed!
