Customers may arrive to sign their name to our list on Thursday in order to be first in line during the Friday opening. The Estate Sale List will be posted on Thursday at approximately 5pm. Our staff gives out numbers on Friday morning an hour before the sale, according to the list. Those who are not present when their number is called will have to go to the back of the line. WE ONLY HONOR OUR LIST. We recommend you photograph the list after signing.

Please join us in Morristown, NJ for a fabulous mix of modern and traditional furnishings. This is an excellent sale to start your holiday shopping at, filled with designer names from clothing to porcelain to glassware to furniture, and everything in between!

Note that you may not park in front of the house on the street. You must park on the side streets adjacent to the home, and then enter though the front door. The rear entrance is reserved for pick ups and customers leaving. Thank you for your cooperation.

The Magnussons will place a list on the BACK PORCH no later than 5pm on Thursday November 17th. This is the only list that will be honored for entrance numbers on Friday morning. We will not transfer names of previously started lists to the Magnusson list. As a precaution - please also photograph the list after signing it. This will prevent sticky fingers! Remember to be back at 8am Friday morning to receive your associated number for entrance at 9am. There are many breakfast and coffee shops nearby in downtown Morristown for you to enjoy, and as always coffee and snacks will be served!
