RECOMMENDED SHIPPER
If you are unable to collect your property from the auction you will need to coordinate shipping. Please get in touch with us in writing with your shipper’s information so we know you have authorized their pickup of your items.
For your reference, below is our recommended shipper. However, The Magnusson Group makes no assurances about the quality of care and provides this information solely for your convenience.

COLLECTING PROPERTY AFTER SUCCESSFUL BID
Pick up will be in Morristown, NJ from March 18 - 22, 2024 9:30 am-3:30 pm EST only.
Please do not bid if you or an authorized third-party/shipper are unable to collect the items during that time. Lots left unclaimed after March 25, 2024, will incur a fee of $5 per day/per lot for storage. Lots left unclaimed 14 days (April 8, 2024) of the auction closing will be considered abandoned at the buyer’s expense, relocated, and disposed of. No refunds will be given for unclaimed lots.
CONDITION REPORT
Condition reports should be viewed only as the opinion of the specialist and not as matters of fact. The Magnusson Group strongly suggests you review/request a condition report on each item you intend to place a bid on, and that you use the previews available to inspect the items yourself before bidding. Email Admin@TheMagnussonGroup.com to request a condition report no later than 48 hours before the auction closes.
PAYMENT METHODS
The Magnusson Group encourages all winning bidders to complete their transactions through LivePayments (LiveAuctioneers Payment Processing Platform). ALL CREDIT CARD transactions will incur a flat processing fee (~3.8%)to your order total. This processing fee is collected by LiveAuctioneers and goes directly to them. To AVOID the processing fee please pay with a bank wire/ACH transfer, money order, bank check, or cash.
PAYMENT IN FULL
Please note that The Magnusson Group must receive full payment, with funds cleared (2-4 business days after check payment is deposited) before any property is collected by the winning bidder or their authorized third-party/shipper. Winning bidders who pay through LivePayments will have their items shipped first (if using in-house shipping).
IN-HOUSE SHIPPING
The Magnusson Group will offer in-house shipping of items that can safely fit in USPS flat rate priority mailboxes at COST using USPS Priority Mail services to *USA ONLY*. An additional flat fee of $10 will be applied for materials, packing, and handling to EACH bidder’s shipping invoice. Shipping invoices are sent using our third-party payment processing app called "Square". If you want to use in-house shipping, please contact us via LiveAuctioneers messenger once the auction ends. 1-3 days after the auction closes you will receive a shipping invoice to your email associated with your LiveAuctioneers account. Winning bidders will be required to manually input their shipping address where they would like the item(s) shipped to. The Magnusson Group is NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect/invalid addresses input by the buyer or LOST/STOLEN SHIPMENTS. Insured shipping is at the buyer's REQUEST and EXPENSE and will be calculated before shipment. All shipping invoices must be paid in full before orders get shipped out. USPS flat rate costs are as follows: Small Flat Rate Box- $10.20, Medium Flat Rate Box- $17.10, Large Flat Rate Box- $22.80

If you are collecting property in person, please be prepared to provide photo identification.
If you are authorizing a third-party shipper to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance and from the email account associated with the winning bid. For authorized third parties, their name must be provided. For authorized shippers, the name of the company must be provided. If a third-party shipper is collecting on your behalf, we recommend that you be available via phone or email during the collection window if any issues arise.

Our furniture selection includes several magnificent pieces by Ralph Lauren, Harvey Probber and a Le Corbusier LC2-Style three seat black leather sofa.
Decorative arts feature modern design pieces from Lalique, Gary DiPasquale, Tiffany, Stuart England and Richard Meier for Swid Powell along with a presentation of sterling silver offerings, including an exceptional pair of antique pair of French gilt bronze figural candelabra. Our fine art works include pieces by Kevin Fitzgerald, Scott Hanson, Armand Pierre Fernandez (Arman) William Hooker and Charles Levier. A pair of remarkable micromosaics by Studio del Mosaico in the Vatican round out this multifaceted sale.
