IN-HOUSE SHIPPING
The Magnusson Art Group offers in-house shipping of items that can safely fit in USPS flat rate priority mailboxes at COST using USPS Priority Mail services to *USA ONLY*. An additional flat fee of $10 will be applied for materials, packing, and handling to EACH bidders shipping invoice. Return winning bidders only pay $5 flat fee plus cost of shipment! Shipping invoices are sent via email using our third-party payment processing app called "Square" to your email address associated with your LiveAuctioneers account. If you want to use in-house shipping, please contact us via LiveAuctioneers messenger once the auction ends. 3-4 business days after the auction closes you will receive a shipping invoice to your email associated with your LiveAuctioneers account. Winning bidders will be required to manually input their shipping address where they would like the item(s) shipped to. The Magnusson Group is NOT RESPONSIBLE for incorrect/invalid addresses input by the buyer or LOST/STOLEN SHIPMENTS. Insured shipping is at the buyer's REQUEST and EXPENSE and will be calculated before shipment. ALL ORDERS OVER $750+ WILL BE SHIPPED WITH SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE, NO EXCEPTIONS. All shipping invoices must be paid in full before orders get shipped out. Once a shipping invoice is paid you will receive the tracking information via LiveAuctioneers Messenger when your package gets dropped off at USPS. USPS flat rate costs are as follows: Small Flat Rate Box- $10.20, Medium Flat Rate Box- $17.10, Large Flat Rate Box- $22.80
COLLECTING PROPERTY AFTER SUCCESSFUL BID
Pick up can be in Morristown, NJ at our office from September 30 - October 4, 2024 9:30 am-3:30 pm EST only.
Please do not bid if you or an authorized third-party/shipper are unable to collect the items during that time. Lots left unclaimed after October 4, 2024, will incur a fee of $5 per day/per lot for storage. Lots left unclaimed 14 days after the auction close(October 9, 2024) will be considered abandoned at the buyers expense. No refunds will be given for unclaimed lots.
SALES TAX EXEMPTION
Please UPLOAD your Resale certificate to your account BEFORE bidding to be enrolled in tax exemption. For any questions or concerns regarding tax issues please contact Finance@LiveAuctioneers.com
CONDITION REPORT
Condition reports should be viewed only as the opinion of the specialist and not as matters of fact. The Magnusson Group strongly suggests you review/request a condition report on each item you intend to place a bid on, and that you use the previews available(by appointment) to inspect the items yourself before bidding. Email Admin@TheMagnussonGroup.com to request a condition report no later than 48 hours before the auction closes.
PAYMENT METHODS
Magnusson Art Group encourages all winning bidders to complete their transactions through LivePayments (LiveAuctioneers Payment Processing Platform). ALL CREDIT CARD transactions will incur a flat processing fee (~3.8%)to your order total. This processing fee is collected by LiveAuctioneers and goes directly to them, IT IS NON REFUNDABLE. To AVOID the processing fee please message us IMMEDIATELY after the auction closes and pay with a bank wire/ACH transfer, money order, bank check, or cash. Please add $35 when paying via bank wire/ACH transfer to cover the wire fee.
PAYMENT IN FULL
Please note that The Magnusson Art Group must receive full payment, with funds cleared (2-4 business days after check/transfer payment is confirmed) before any property is collected OR SHIPPED by the winning bidder or their authorized third-party/shipper. Winning bidders who pay through LivePayments will have their items shipped first (if using in-house shipping).
PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
If you are collecting property in person, please be prepared to provide photo identification.
If you are authorizing a third-party shipper to collect on your behalf, this authorization must be provided in writing in advance and from the email account associated with the winning bid. For authorized third parties, their name must be provided. For authorized shippers, the name of the company must be provided. If a third-party shipper is collecting on your behalf, we recommend that you be available via phone or email during the collection window if any issues arise.
