Please read this information thoroughly. This is A FACEBOOK ONLY online estate sale done as an silent online auction- Lots will be pictured/listed and you DIRECT MESSAGE (OR EMAIL IF YOU HAVE NO FACEBOOK) us a 'sealed bid' with the LOT # and your bid. For the best results, bid your maximum bid, as there will not be any notifications if you've been outbid. You won't know how much other people bid, so submit a fair bid to ensure you will win your desired lot.
READ IMPORTANT DETAILS: Bidding BEGINS Saturday March 2nd and ENDS Saturday March 9th at 9pm EST. Winners will be notified VIA email/DM on Sunday March 10th, and you MUST be able to pick up the items on EITHER of the two pick up dates. (1) Tuesday March 12th between 4pm and 6pm. (2) Thursday March 14th between 5pm and 7pm. Shipping is possible but it would cost you a flat rate of $10 for small, $20 for medium, and $35 for large sized items. SHIPPING FEE IS PER ITEM, not by lot. This is because I honestly cannot ship 300+ collectibles in a timely fashion. They would need to be bubble wrapped, packaged, and insured before shipping. It would be a nightmare. So if you don't care about the rate, it can be arranged.
All the items are all located in Woodbury, New Jersey. The address will be released at the time the winners are notified. Items are in good condition unless otherwise noted/pictured. This is a sealed bid sale. Bid amounts will not disclosed to anyone at any time. THERE ARE NO NOTIFICATIONS IF YOU HAVE BEEN OUTBID. There are also NO MINIMUMS or RESERVES on any of the lots. Just bid what you are willing to pay, and if you are the highest bidder, you win!
Now here are some tips on bidding and attempting to win a specific lot. Picture yourself buying it outside of this auction; everyone knows Hummels are very expensive. So consider what you would pay elsewhere as a starting point. Remember each lot (aside from the large Hummels) has multiple figurines in it. Factor that in when bidding on each lot. While it may seem alluring to bid a dollar or two on several lots, its much smarter to put several dollars on one lot. The reach of this auction almost guarantees we will have treasure hunters, collectors, and resellers who are smart enough to go through and put strong $20+ bids on each lot. I am only stressing this because there are NO NOTIFICATIONS on being outbid. The highest BID messaged to us on a lot IS THE WINNER OF THAT LOT.
THERE IS NO NEED TO WAIT WITH A SEALED BID AUCTION - SEND A BID ANYTIME! There is no minimum bid or reserve, just simply the highest bid on each lot at the end of the sale wins that lot.
