Good To Go Estate Sales brings you the demolition sale of the year in Mt. Olive, NJ! A 970,000 square foot campus that was only in use for a few years before going belly up. Inside this building is a treasure trove of appliances, building materials, furnishings, machinery, electronics, and more. The contents of this building were at most used for a few years, and many of the items are still new in boxes. Contractors, this is your chance to pick up a ton of cheap materials for pennies on the dollar. 

The sale will be conducted in several sessions, beginning Saturday September 2nd, and if there is ample interest for appointment slots, Sunday September 3rd will be added as an auxiliary date. YOU MUST SIGN UP FOR AN APPOINTMENT. Each day will have 2-3 tour slots, subject to variance based on interest. Appointments are distributed on a first come first serve basis.

DIRECTIONS

IMPORTANT: To sign up for a tour slot, simply send an email to g2gestatesales@gmail.com requesting a slot. You will be responded to with a google form to fill out your contact info. Upon completing this info you will receive confirmation of your appointment, the address of the site, and the time slot for your designated tour. YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE PREMISES WITHOUT ALL INFO COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED. IF THERE ARE MULTIPLE PEOPLE IN A PARTY, A WAIVER MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL. If for some reason you are unable to attend, or are interested in a narrow focus and do not wish to attend in person, you may submit an absentee bid, simply email g2gestatesales@gmail.com with images/screenshots of what you are interested in along with your bid offer.

HOW THE TOUR WILL WORK

ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR TIME SLOT. The tour will begin and end at the front entrance of the building. Primarily for safety reasons the tour group must stay together at all times. The building will most likely be without main power, so it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT ALL ATTENDEES BRING A STRONG FLASHLIGHT. 

To place a bid, you must include photos of each item you have an interest in when you submit the bid form. Therefore, as the tour progresses through the building, you simply photograph with your phone or camera whichever items you have an interest in. Don’t be shy when photographing, the best thing to do is take extra photos and decide afterwards if you’re unsure about an item on the spot. You will have until Tuesday September 5th at 11:59PM to upload your photos to the form and submit. If your bid is accepted you will be notified on or before Friday September 8th, with instructions for pickup of your item(s). The tour group will spend enough time in each area for attendees to briefly inspect and photograph items before moving on to the next area. The tour will last roughly 3 hours, remember, this is a large building so it’ll take some time to properly go over all it’s contents.
