We open promptly at 8am and will remain open until 4pm. Tickets will be available at 6am every morning to save your place in line when we open. Please come early to get a number to save a place in line. We accept cash, all credit cards (Credit Card Payments will incur a 3 % fee, Debit no fee), PayPal, Venmo and Cash.
Please bring boxes and wrapping material for your purchases, we will have limited packing supplies for you
This is a multi-level home, please keep this in mind if you have walking limitations. Although we post areas for you to watch your step and mark the areas as well please keep in mind that you are attending the sale at your own risk.
SECURITY
This home has an Alarm System and cameras have been installed throughout the home. We will prosecute any shoplifters to the fullest extent of the law. Switching tags does constitute as stealing. High end items will be kept in a safe during off hours.

-We will not have a dedicated porter to assist you with large purchases, please bring help to lift heavy items. We can hold items after purchased for 1 day to give you time to arrange help with pick up.
