For this sale we will accept cash. Venmo and Zelle will be accepted, but will incur additional fees. This business space consists of mainly large heavy items, so please bring help loading. We can not help carry out items nor do we assume responsibility for any accidents or injuries on or around the property. We reserve the right to limit the number of occupants in the building as we see fit. There will be employees stationed throughout the building to answer questions. There are security cameras throughout the building, along with a security guard at the front to ensure the safety of our guests.
