First day of sale is by appointment (Friday from 3-8pm). If you wish to attend Friday please call for an appointment. This will insure you will have the earliest opportunity to see everything. All items are sold as is and no refunds or returns apply. If purchasing furniture items pick up is on the final sale day (Sunday after 4pm)at the closing of the sale.
Cash is preferred. A list will be posted on Saturday at 9am and the sale will begin at 11am. If you are not present at 11am you will forfeit your place on the list.
Do keep in mind that this is a sale for adults; the majority of items are vintage if not antique and due to their one of a kind status some are quite delicate.
