-Deposits- An offer is officially accepted when a 25% deposit is made via Venmo or Cash before the sale. If no deposit, we will see you on Nov. 25th.

1.) We are preselling. Call York for gen. questions and Ken for Asian item questions.

2.) Appointments scheduled between 11am-1pm Nov. 25th.

3.) Pick-up dates are Nov 19th 10am-1pm (for presale buyers) and Nov. 25th 11am-1pm.

4.) The sale is incredibly easy to get to. No stairs, apartment unit (1 level) is on the ground level. Unit is inside a retirement community. The parking lot (last photos) is located right next to the unit.
