NEW~ NO PURSES, BACKPACKS OR TOTES WILL BE PERMITTED: Wallets and Clutches Only. This will be strictly enforced.

There may be a sign in sheet at our estate sales one hour prior to opening time. Entrance to the home may be limited at times for safety.

Pre-sales are usually available for larger items. Please email Alicea with item number at myestateliqudiator@gmail.com

If you wish to purchase an item, ask one of our associates for a pending sticker. Once you have paid for the item one of our sold stickers will be placed on the item.

Be sure to examine all items closely and carefully before you pay for them. Remember all items SOLD AS IS, NO REFUNDS. We do not guarantee electronic items are in working order. Please test them in advance of purchasing the item.

Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased before closing of each day, unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please bring your own help as our employees do not help load large items.

Please understand that if anyone is caught stealing, we will call the police.

Doors will open at the published time, not before.

If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.

Food or drinks are not allowed in the house. Do not leave your trash on the outside of the house.

We will provide numbers, that our staff will hand out the day of the Sale. (Approx. 1 hour Prior to opening the Sale))
