Auction Dates: September 10-24, 2026

1. You must register online and accept the full terms & conditions to be eligible to bid.

2. All items are sold “as is” and “where is”. All sales are final. There are NO refunds.

3. When registering online, customers must have a valid credit card. We may take an authorized hold as a deposit. Hold is released after the auction.

4. Payments may be made in cash, cashier’s check, wire transfer (No ACH Transfers), approved business check or credit card ($2,500 maximum). A 3% handling fee is applied for credit card use. Debit Cards are not accepted.

5. By registering and placing a bid all persons acknowledge to have full knowledge of the complete terms & conditions and agree to be bound by them.

6. Buyer’s Premium: There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium added to the final bid price.

7. It is our opinion that items in this sale are NOT subject to 6.625% NJ Sales Tax. However, if deemed taxable in the future, the buyer will be responsible to pay NJ State Sales Tax when invoiced.

8. Items must be picked up, paid for, and removed no later than Monday, September 28, 2026 by 3:00pm, unless other arrangements have been made.

9. Please accept and review the complete Terms & Conditions on our website when registering. All payments & pick up terms are strictly adhered to unless other arrangements are made with the auctioneer.
