How does a virtual estate sale work? All items available for purchase are listed in the photos attached along with their prices. If there is an item you would like to purchase, please text the Lot # and price to Ed Frischkorn (Operations Manager) at 201-639-4811.
How do I pick up my items? Once the prices are agreed upon, a private curbside pick-up appointment will be scheduled at the property.
Can I enter the property? A buyer may only enter the property if they are purchasing furniture. Additional help for furniture purchases must be supplied by the buyer.
Are bathrooms available? Sorry, but there are no bathrooms available at any time.
Do I have to bring anything with me? Yes. Please bring a vehicle that can transport all items purchased along with gloves, a face covering, and cash for your purchase.
