Cash only, No public restrooms. No food, No exceptions. Small children must be held by the hand . All sales are final, No returns , No exceptions. A non-refundable deposit will hold an item for a reasonable amount of time if the purchaser needs to leave to get cash. Bring help to load large items; No lifters available. Items can be picked up at a later date at the convenience of the liquidator ; they must, however, be paid for in full in advance. (non-refundable). The homeowner or agents are not responsible for accidents. This is a private sale & we reserve the right to refuse admission to any and all who are not conducting themselves in an orderly fashion.. . Do not park in the driveway. Please observe all parking regulations. If you feel more secure wearing a mask buy all means do so . If you don't have one we will provide one. We will honor a Friday morning customer list only. Don't sign the list & leave Then return at 10:00 AM & walk to the head of the line . This will defiantly earn you an ejection. The driveway is for pick ups only. There seems to be a vacant parking lot on the corner of Dewolf & Old Tappan Road , But park at your own risk. Absolutely No Politics Discussed. Just Took A Last Look In The Attic Late This Afternoon (Fri) . Found A  Vintage , C.G. Conn Single French Horn & Case For Tomorrow  Sat.10 A. M. . Plenty Left For Sale 10 A.M. Sat. NO RESERVES ITS ALL GOT TO GO , DON,T BE BASHFULLY.     

The Contents of this vintage 1760s Federal House 

A fine opportunity to view what Bergen County was like at its inception.

There are a number of items in the house from different periods of time from late federal to mid-modern.

The list is as follows, but will be updated as we continue to work in the house. 

Finest I have ever seen of a Triptych Coromandel style  screen with 3 sections painted with Barbizon views in a solid mahogany frame.  Approximate size in total is about 5 feet tall X 7 feet wide. Signed indistinctly.

A number of Victorian chairs and lamps; also some rockers. An assortment of drop leaf tables from mid-19th century. Several clocks, student violin, collection of older violin bows in as is condition; a violincello in as is condition.

Great portrait of a stunning young lady signed Erwin D Hoffman listed artist.Painting in the style of Maurice Utrillo not framed.

 Large assortment of sheet music, some scored for wood-wind and string instruments. A number of music stands .

An assortment of 35 millimeter film canisters with film included. A small selection of books.

Several case pieces of furniture from mid to late 19th century. Several are period Empire.

Very good condition Necchi sewing machine.  Mid -50s signed Haywood Wakefield diminutive desk. Several rockers, some with cane seats .

Fine lady's highly decorated Art Nouveau slipper chair. Country landscape signed by artist Erwin D Hoffman  as well as a pastel portrait of the lady of the house.

  Large room size Kerman rug plus  runners. Fine quality Mission tall clock combined as a book shelf.

A large assortment china, bric-a-brac, glass,  decorative pieces as well as utilitarian items. Please keep checking back as we will be adding PICS as we work through the house .
