This couple knows how to have fun, but they are downsizing and must pass on most of their possessions before moving.
- The gentleman has a sizable collection of signed sports memorabilia, all with certificates of authenticity. We have everything from jerseys to helmets to balls and more.
- The gentleman also has collections of watches, never-used footwear and tons of good new clothes in sizes ranging from 2XL-6XL.
- The lady collects fine things by Lenox, from dinnerware to Christmas ornaments and everything in between. There is a great deal wrapped up in boxes that will be photographed as it is set up.
- This house is packed with things that a family would use to have fun at home, from a good Margaritaville blender to a floating beer pong table.
- Furniture is good quality, from leather seating to the 1980s black lacquer dining room set and king size bed with built in mirrored storage headboard.
- We have electronics, mostly 1990s stereo systems; also records, CDs and DVDs.
