Please carefully read all terms & conditions prior to bidding:
- This is a hybrid auction, and bidding will take place online & in-person simultaneously.
- In-person bidding will take place at Carolina Blue Restaurant in Pitman New Jersey between 1:00pm-4:00pm on 4/25/26. Preview is available prior to the auction at no cost, and bidder registration is required for bidding.
- Bidder registration requires a valid form of government identification that is unexpired. Additionally proof of funds may be required in order to register and participate in live in-person bidding, or any bidding done on high ticket items. Please contact the auction house for additional information on bidder registration.
- All sales incur a buyer's premium fee and State Sales Tax.
In-Person bidders: 15% buyer's premium
Online bidders: 20% buyer's premium
- Online Bidders: Upon having a winning bid on any of the lots, you will be provided an invoice within 24hrs of auction completion. Auto-Payment will occur using the credit/debit card on file after 72hrs of non-payment.
- Live Bidders: Payment will be due the day of the sale, unless special arrangements are made with the auctioneer. All items can be claimed the day of the sale, BUT they must be paid in full prior to removal.
- Item pick-up will be the following three business days after auction completion. Any items picked up AFTER the final day will incur a $10/lot storage fee for each additional day. (Ex. 5lots = $50/day storage fee).
- All shipping/pick-up arrangements must be made with the auction house to avoid any storage fees or forfeit of items due to lack of payment.
- If you have special pick-up arrangements, or cannot make it within the allotted time, please contact Lee Fox in order to properly coordinate your item release. Please bring your own packing/moving materials for any items being picked up.
- All items are sold AS-IS with no guarantees given. All items are final, and no returns will be accepted. Each item is represented to the best of the auction house's ability, and all descriptions are believed to be accurate but 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.

Finally found! We are filling in the unaccounted for years of Billy the Kid's early life, with authentic provenance of where him and his mother were during those years.
This eclectic auction features many pieces of western provenance and other unique items that you will not want to miss!
- Original tintype photograph of Billy The Kid as young adult.
- Original Potter's Patent photograph of Billy The Kid as a child.
(Both of these photos were passed down in a family photo album!)
- Photo album featuring over twenty tin-type photographs incl. a Civil War Union Soldier.
- Civil War era handcuffs
- Primitive era hand-carved wooden tools, such as cowbell, rake, mallet, and more!
- 1897 Vanderman Stage Coach Strong Box
- 1921 Felicie Waldo Howell Oil Painting (signed & framed)
- 1955 Thunderbird Jr. Power Car (runs and drives)
