Brooke invites you to join us for an estate sale being held this Friday through Sunday in a lovely 2-story home and garage, featuring lots of interesting finds!

There are baseball cards & memorabilia (1950s & newer), vintage toys & action figures, clothing, beachy wall art, bedding, kitchenwares, TVs & electronics, wine fridge, lamps & lighting, tools & toolboxes, vintage red metal rolling cooler, outdoor grill w/ cover, grilling utensils & charcoal fire-starter, and much MUCH more! ***PLEASE NOTE: the outdoor wooden gazebo and gas-line-connected grill, although shown in photos, are NOT FOR SALE***

Available furniture includes beachy furnishings [wicker pieces (both indoor/outdoor pieces and indoor-only pieces), beachy dining table & 6 chairs, and a set of white distressed dressers (low dresser with mirror and highboy dresser)], a large beautiful antique hand-carved church/choir pew, an antique Eastlake-style stone-top washstand, a distressed espresso sofa-table, a gorgeous black baby grand piano with modern player-piano system, 2 sets of vintage solid-wood bunk beds, executive work desk & office chair, two blanket chests hand-crafted from reclaimed wood, and there are also various other small accent pieces available throughout the home.

Also available is a large vintage painted wrought metal outdoor furniture set [**includes one chaise lounge, one side chair, 4 tables (coffee table, end table, lamp table (works!!), and corner table) with 2 loveseat-piece pieces (meant for multiple sectional-style arrangements)**].
