3. All items sold as is, where is, with no warranties of any kind as to age, condition, rarity, desirability, size, value, weight, etc. Once you have paid for an item it is yours and the best idea is to secure it in your vehicle immediately. Any items left lying around unattended run the risk of being sold a second time and you will not get your money back. We are unable to help you move or load bulky / heavy items.
4. Well behaved children are welcome, particularly if they have their own money. Badly behaved children may be locked in your car trunk while you shop.
5. No pets, no matter how cute they are, thank you.
6. You enter the sales at your own risk and agree by entering that you are solely responsible for your own safety and in the event you injure yourself or others in your party, you and your comrades will hold harmless all sales participants. If you have the temerity to sue anyway, you agree, by entering the sale or walking on the property holding the sale, to be responsible for paying the entire legal costs the owners of the property and sales agents incur to defend themselves legally from you.
7. All items sold strictly for decorative use only, any other use of the items is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Estate Sale Friday / Saturday June 21 / 22/ from 9 AM-5 PM. THIS IS A REAL OLD FASHIONED SALE WITH LOTS OF ELDERLY, ANTIQUE, VINTAGE, GENTLY USED, AND PREOWNED STUFF, NOT A BUNCH OF BORING 1990S AND 2000S THINGS!
Featuring a drop dead gorgeous, TOTALLY COMPLETE oak Hoosier cabinet with metal bins and original glass spice jars. Garden sculptures, statues and planters including waterfall fountain decorated with sculptures was $600. many years ago, now $75.
Lots of old wood signs including railroad, town name and firehouse signs, firefighter’ uniform, boots, firefighter equipment and memorabilia.
RARE (I know, I know, EVERYONE CLAIMS EVERY THING IS RARE, BUT THIS IS!!!) salesman's sample / toy wooden ice box c 1900, cast iron bench vise, Pepsi advertising wall thermometer, Coca Cola toy ferris wheel, enamel bed pan in original box with paper label, appears untouched by human hands but not sure about other long ago contact with another portion of the human anatomy, NASCAR ephemera, 1920s suitcase, 2 ancient wood radios, FIVE BIG boxes of old post cards which were collected by the owner's Mother-In-Law who shuffled off this mortal coil more than 25 years ago and no one has touched them since she passed, blue glass telephone insulators, 2 NASCAR cereal boxes (full), lots of period advertising, large, fine, hand painted electric GWTW (Gone With the Wind) lamp decorated with flowers, solid oak four drawer library card box.
