We do try our best to provide wrapping paper and boxes for our clients but we cannot always guarantee our supplies so it's best you bring your own boxes and wrapping paper.
Rules:
No numbers, address is given on morning of sale. If you are coming from afar you have the town of which the sale is in so you can easily just pick a local spot as the initial address and then when the home address is listed you can redirect your GPS. If you are coming for a specific item and are driving a long distance it is HIGHLY recommended you call before you come. Sadly, some clients remove items right before the sale begins and this is not something any liquidator has control over.
You will not yell, curse or berate any BHM Staff or customers. Remember we are the friendly, professional estate sale company. We greet you with a smile and welcome you into our client's home. We have no hesitation to throw you out of the sale if you misbehave.
If you don't like our prices - that is okay- we understand that - we do accept bids so feel free to put one in.
Respect the homeowner's property and their neighbor's property. Many of the homes we work in have outdoor cameras so if you do damage to their property they likely will have video of it.
All Sales are Final - this is a final, absolute and it is printed on every receipt. Do make sure all electrical appliances, lamps, etc... work before you buy. Check CD and Record sleeves to ensure the right ones are in the right holders.

Our next sale is the culmination of 60 years of collecting. Some people collect just an item or two -- not our next client. She had a love of many things and did her collecting the hard won way - piece by piece. She spent over 60 years sourcing out items to add to her collection. Her home was so packed it has taken us months to prep her estate sale. This house is filled with art deco glam, mid century and true vintage items.
