* Staff will not be available to assist with moving or loading items.
* Purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale unless other arrangements are made at the time of purchase.
* Enter the property at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, or damage to personal property.
* Buyers are responsible for any damage caused during the removal or loading of purchased items.
