Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval

Payment Instructions: All invoices will be tallied and charged to the card on file with Proxibid within 48 hours of the end of the auction.
We use Shipping Saint for our Mailed Packages. You will receive a notice following the auction invoicing to choose Shipping or Pick-Up. If you choose shipping, we will package and send you an estimate through Shipping Saint. If you choose PickUp, you will need to schedule a PickUp time for our Ringwood Location (1141 Greenwood Lake Turnpike, Ringwood NJ) or make arrangements directly with the Auctioneer for alternate locations.
If you have questions about shipping, pick-ups, specific lots or anything else, please contact us BEFORE bidding. If you wish to pay with a card other that the card on file with Proxibid, you should let us know before the end of the auction to avoid a delay. There will be a $25 fee for charging through any means other than Proxibid.
Paid total includes the amount paid for each lot, buyer's premium, applicable tax, handling/box fee and applicable shipping fees and insurance.
Ringwood NJ PickUps will be pre-scheduled using Shipping Saint via your email and/or phone number on file with Proxibid. If you are in-between or nearby Lock Haven PA and Ringwood NJ, feel free to contact us for other options. We may deliver for an agreed upon fee.
We hold PickUps the Friday (10-3pm), Saturday (10-1) and Monday (10-1) following an auction. If you need to reschedule a later or different time, you will be charged a $10 minimum rescheduling fee.
NJ Residents and NJ Pickups will be charged NJ Sales tax. You can register your Sales Tax ID with Proxibid, and NJ residents with a number on file with Proxibid will not be charged sales tax.
If you prefer to use your own shipper, we can deliver the items to a UPS store. Merchant's Wares has several locations and the auctioneer travels regularly between them.

ALL Pick-ups must be made within two weeks of full payment, or holding/storage charges will be incurred. Box/Handling Fee (shipping only) - This fee covers materials and time needed to package your items safely including (and not limited to) boxes, bubblewrap, foam peanuts, foam packaging, tape, labels, etc.
We want you, our bidders, to be happy with your purchases. If you are not sure about an item and want more information, please ask! There are NO returns and NO refunds. We will do our best to provide you with information, and if needed, will announce the additional information in the announcement sections.
Fees for items not picked up in a timely manner are $5 per day per item, which will be incurred starting 9 days after original invoice was sent.

Schedule your pick-up through Shipping Saint- we send you a link, you choose the hour that works for you and since we know you are coming, everything is ready when you get to our Ringwood NJ Auction Hall.
Pickup is also available at Silvermoon Antiques and Consignment Barn, 211 Silvermoon Dr, Lewisburg PA 17837 - Store is currently open every day other than Tuesday, 10-5, unless circumstances change. Items would be available by Friday morning following the auction. We will automatically ship through In-House to locations more than about 1.5 hours. Please contact the Auctioneer if you are new to our auctions and want to choose pickup or shipping or usually pick up in Lock Haven PA.
