May Ringwood Gallery Pick Up Auction

Buyer's Premium: 15%
Participation Requirements: Valid Credit Card required for bidding approval
Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Wire Transfer
Payment Instructions: All invoices will be sent within 24 hours of the end of the auction and will require payment BEFORE scheduling of pick-up occurs. Merchant’s Wares reserves the right to require payment through Wire Transfer over $500.

Priority will be given to paid invoices and those who pick a Pick Up Time. If payment is not made before the Pick Up times, you will be charged a $25 Rescheduling Fee, in addition to any late payment fees. A late payment fee of $5 per lot per day may be charged 9 days after the original invoice date. After 30 days of non-payment of invoice or of shipping, items will be considered abandoned.

After payment is received, winning bidders will receive a Shipping Saint Notification with Options to Schedule a PickUp. If non-payment delays Pick Up past Scheduled PickUp times, you will be charged a $25 late fee to reschedule the PickUp.

Paid Item Invoice Total includes the amount paid for each lot, buyer's premium, applicable tax.

Ringwood NJ PickUps will be pre-scheduled using Shipping Saint via your email and/or text on file.

NJ Residents and NJ Pick Ups will be charged NJ Sales tax. NJ residents and NJ Pick Ups with a Sales Tax ID number on file will not be charged sales tax.
