All appointments for inspection and pick up will be scheduled once we are informed of your interests via email. Please make sure you have your mask and gloves on upon arrival to pick up your purchase. This will be strictly enforced to comply with the current COVID-19 restrictions.
You are solely responsible for removing your purchased items from the premise after the transaction is completed. You are financially responsible for repairing any damages to the home.
While we will do our very best to maintain a safe environment, you are visiting this sale at your own risk. We are not liable for any injury you sustained at the premise.
