Historical Home on The Navesink by Attic to the Basement

Thank you for your interest in our magnificent 15,000 square foot historical home located on the Navesink . We invite you to join us this Friday at 9 AM for a special house posting featuring a treasure trove of items. 

Be sure to admire the stunning banquet dining room table, which comfortably seats ten and is in excellent condition, making it ideal for your upcoming holiday gatherings. Additionally, we boast an extensive collection of books located both on the main floor and in several of the upstairs bedrooms.

The home includes ten beautifully appointed bedrooms furnished with elegant pieces from Ethan Allen , Century and Hooker Furniture. In the kitchen, you'll find an array of Waterford glassware, including everyday glasses and wine glasses, perfect for your festive dining needs, along with a comprehensive selection of cookware, pots, and pans.

The great room features two oversized couches in exquisite pink hues, complemented by an elegant glass-top coffee table. A magnificent baby grand piano in black lacquer, also in excellent condition, adds charm and sophistication, making it a perfect addition for your holiday celebrations.

In addition, we have four stunning Asian-style silk-covered couches, a pair of Asian-inspired coffee tables, and a beautiful wall unit accented with mother-of-pearl and jade details. 

Our collection includes Boehm porcelain figurines of exotic animals displayed in a striking glass cabinet. Throughout the house, you'll find various accent pieces, including desks, chairs, shelving, small tables, and crystal and Waterford lamps. We also offer an abundance of linens, blankets, towels, a Department 56 collection, vintage Christmas ornaments, and much more!

We accept both cash and credit cards—no exceptions. Please note that this is a cash-and-carry sale; we do not permit exchanges, returns, or credits under any circumstances. Ensure you carefully inspect your items before leaving, as we cannot be held liable for any damages incurred once you exit the house. If you take an item with you, it is considered purchased—no exceptions. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the availability of any items left behind; we will not provide refunds for such instances.

We recommend bringing assistance for larger items that you may struggle to carry. Our team at Attic to the Basement will gladly help if we are not occupied with other customers, but please note that assistance is limited to items weighing 10 pounds or less. 

We also offer a third-party delivery service for a fee. The cost for delivering a full bedroom or living room set typically starts at $300, depending on your location and whether there are stairs involved. Deliveries generally occur on Mondays and Tuesdays during business hours. It is essential that you are present at the scheduled delivery time; if you are not, we will not arrange a second delivery, and no refunds will be issued for the purchases.
