Forms of payment: This sale cash, local check with ID, Venmo payment (you must have the app on your phone!) or debit / credit card ($300 minimum). 
 Everything sold as is. Please inspect purchases carefully as there are NO REFUNDS.
 This is private home - no food or drinks allowed and no use of the bathrooms! 
 It is your responsibility to arrange & pay for pick up of items to your vehicle. We do not have movers on site but can refer you to local movers. We do often have guys at the sale who can help you get items to your car - tipping is necessary for this to happen!!!!
 Also bring your own bags & wrap or boxes as we cannot guarantee that we will have these available!!!

This will be a full 3 day sale starting on Thursday 1/9, hours all three days 10-3pm. Numbers will go out on Wednesday at 5pm at the gate.

Window Treatments & indoor draperies:  the draperies remind one of 18 C gowns, voluminous with yards of designer fabrics, festooned with gimp, fringe & large tie backs. Also the gilt lambrequins with custom painting reminds one of French salons centuries ago. 

Also be aware that we will have a large staff who will help expedite moving customers in to home & moving out sold items. Once out of home it is up to buyers to take it from there to their homes or speak with our movers onsite for delivery (additional fees apply).

We will also be requiring all customers to either remove their shoes OR put on shoe covers to enter the home. Please do not walk on the grass or around the property.
