The sign-up sheet will be out by 8:30 AM on the front door of the house on each morning of sale. You will be allowed in to the sale based on your number on the sign up sheet. This is a packed property with antique flooring, so the number of people we allow inside will be somewhat limited. We will move you along as quickly as we can.
There is plenty of street parking. Please be considerate of the neighbors and do not block driveways.
This sale runs over two weekends - June 9, 10, 11 and 16, 17. 18.
*Please make your own arrangements to transport your items if you buy large/heavy pieces of furniture! Our staff is small and we are too busy to assist during a sale. Please also bring appropriate help and packing materials for all sales.
Due to the NJPlastic Bag ban, we will not be supplying bags or packaging materials for in person sales. Please bring all materials needed to pack your treasures including: Reusable Shopping Bags, Boxes/Totes, and/or paper/bubble wrap. Thank you!
Address will populate the morning of the sale. MASKS ARE NOT REQUIRED BUT ARE RECOMMENDED, especially considering the age and condition of the property.
Cash and credit cards accepted (Credit card purchases require a $100 minimum purchase). Large items must be removed SAME DAY purchased. Buyer is responsible for making arrangements to remove and transport all purchased items. BUNDLE TO SAVE!
All items sold "as is" "where is" and all sales final. It is buyer's responsibility to gauge condition and performance of any object(s) purchased. We do not test electronics or make any warranties or guaranties as to condition, performance or function.
Enter with caution and at your own risk. You are entering a private residence, as such there may be areas with poor lighting or uneven surfaces etc. Neither the homeowner or estate sale business assume any liability for any slips, trips or falls and by entering premises you are accepting these terms and conditions.

NO large bags or handbags allowed. Wallets and small crossbody type purses are fine.
