- The first person to start the entry list must remain with it. If the list is left and gets replaced or removed we will not intervene.
- Others who sign the list can step away—grab a coffee or head home for a bit—If the list is tampered with or lost, disputes must be resolved among yourselves; Attic To Basement will not intervene.
- This list is for early bird arrivals to ensure fair entry based on your position. If you arrive as a couple, both names must be on the list; two people do not count as one entry.
- Once the sale begins, simply line up outside. We’ll allow 15 people in at a time to start.
**Payment Information:**
- We accept cash and credit cards only—no Venmo or checks.
- A $4 fee applies for credit card transactions under $100, and a 4% fee for amounts over $100. No exceptions.
No large bags or large pocketbooks
You may bring Empty boxes and empty tote bags for shopping..
Please bring sufficient help for removal of large items

We are looking forward to welcoming you to our estate sale tomorrow! To ensure a fair and organized entry process, please follow these important guidelines:
1. Start Your Own List: You are welcome to start a list on the door only after 4 AM tomorrow. Please write your name and the time you arrive.
2. Photo Verification: Once you have added your name to the list, please take a photo of it with a visible time stamp. This will help us confirm your position and resolve any disputes.
3. Respect the Rules: Any lists started before 4 AM will not be accepted. Please be considerate of this rule to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
4. Arrive Early: We recommend arriving early to secure your spot on the list, as this is a popular sale.

Join us for an exciting estate sale in a spacious three-story house filled with a variety of beautiful items! Discover stylish furniture, unique antiques from brands like Theodore Alexander, elegant pine pieces, white Pottery Barn bedroom furniture, sculptures, wall art, home decor, patio furniture, planters, kitchenware, luxurious leather couches, and an impressive collection of art.
Sale Details:
• Dates: Thursday from 3 PM to 6 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM.
• Location: A large house with a full basement and yard. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes, especially since the layout may be unfamiliar. Safety is key—watch your step, especially on the stairs!
Important: Bring help for larger items, as our staff will not be available to assist with heavy lifting.
