-Cash and Credit Cards with proper ID ($20 min) only, no checks will be accepted
-Please bring boxes and packing materials, we will have bags and a limited supply of packing items. We ask that customers wrap their own items after purchase to make sure they are wrapped to your satisfaction
-All sales are final, there are no refunds so please look over your item before you purchase
-Although we do our best to minimize any hazards please know that you are attending the sale at your own risk.
-We will have a porter to assist you with large purchases, please ask the staff for assistance. Tips are not required but always appreciated.
Our client had their closing moved up and we only have one day to liquidate everything we can! We are not going to be able to price everything, I will be pricing items on the fly and by the lot so let our timing be to your advantage!! This is a horse farm with a large family and lots of goodies!!

Most items will not be priced, we will be pricing by the lot or by the piece as we go so please bear with us. There will be some great buys!
