Please no early birds, we DO NOT sell items prior to this sale, first come, first served. Boxes, Bags and wrapping materials will be provided but extra is always appreciated. THERE ARE TWO POLE BARNS, A FOUR BAY GARAGE, A LARGE HOME WITH A BASEMENT, ALL FILLED WITH ITEMS FROM .50 HOUSEWARES AND TOOLS TO HIGH END ART AND ANTIQUE PIECES!

PLEASE BE CAREFUL DRIVING INTO AND UP THE DRIVEWAY, IT IS ONE LANE AND WE ARE EXPECTING A LARGE CROWD. WE WILL HAVE SIGNS INDICATING DIRECTIONS TO EACH BUILDING; THE POLE BARNS HAVE TOOLS, INCLUDING HAND TOOLS, POWER TOOLS AND LARGE LAWN EQUIPMENT. THE POLE BARNS WILL ALSO HOUSE ANTIQUE AND NEWER PIECES OF FURNITURE, VINTAGE BICYCLES AND MUCH MORE.
THE OTHER POLE BARN WILL CONTAIN MORE FURNITURE, HORSE TACK AND EQUIPMENT.
