NEW JERSEY ARCADE AUCTION

When bidding on any lot offered by Jaybird Auctions, the bidder indicates acceptance of the following terms of sale. Any participation in the auction binds you to the agreement of these terms whether or not you have read or understand the said terms.

Invoices will be sent within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice. All credit and debit payments are subject to a 3% convenience fee. In-house buyer's premium is 15%. All wire transfer payments are subject to any banking related fees. The auction house accepts cashier's checks or cash at pickup. High dollar invoices paying cash may be subject to a deposit. We do not accept American Express. If paying by any option other than credit card, the buyer must notify the auction house within 24 hours of the auction closing to avoid the auto payment.

This is a REMOTE AUCTION. All items are located at 1278 Tanyard Rd, Sewell, New Jersey 08080. This location has ground-level loading access and there is no loading dock on the premises. The buyer is responsible for the removal of all items on the designated pickup day and must bring their own help and equipment for loading. All items must be retrieved on the designated pickup day without exception (rain or shine). All items not retrieved after the designated pickup will be considered forfeited without refund. A select number of items are available for in-house shipping. You must notify the auction house prior to pickup day if you are needing in-house shipping. Please see specific item descriptions to know which items are eligible. Items brought back to our warehouse in Frederick, MD are subject to handling fees.

All sales final. No items may be returned for any reason. Items are represented to the best of the auction house's ability, all descriptions are believed accurate but not guaranteed. No previews available for this auction. All items are being sold as-is/where-is. Bill acceptors shown on machines are not included (unless noted).

All pickups are by APPOINTMENT ONLY at 1278 Tanyard Rd, Sewell, New Jersey 08080. The pickup date for this auction is:

TAX EXEMPT BIDDERS must provide a tax ID to the auction house prior to the close of the auction or it will not be reflected on the invoice. Please email a copy of ID to info@jaybirdauctions.com.

If you have not contacted Jaybird Auctions to arrange payment within 48 hours of the time that invoice is sent, we will charge the credit card you used to register for the auction for the amount of your invoice.

Buyer releases Jaybird Auctions from any and all claims for loss or damage to any item during transit and agrees to pay all costs of defense, including attorney fees, for any claims brought against Jaybird Auctions for loss or damage occurring in transit.
