We are going to do our best to reduce the spread of Covid 19.
Therefore there are Specific Rules for this Sale:
1. There will be a strict limit on the number of people in the home at any time.
2. Anyone entering the sale must wear a mask. Please bring your own. You must also either use hand sanitizer or bring your own gloves.
3. We ask that you do not touch any item unless you are serious about purchasing it.
4. You must maintain appropriate social distancing at any tables or in any room of the house. This is a minimum 6 foot distance from other people.
5. Please do not come to the sale if you are sick, coughing or have a fever.
6. Please Respect the Neighbors. Do not park in front of driveways or mailboxes.
CASH, VENMO and CHARGE CARDS ACCEPTED.
ALL sales are final.
NOT responsible for accidents.
Bring APPROPRIATE help and transport when picking up large/heavy items.
PLEASE be aware of neighbors mailboxes and driveways.
All items are sold - "AS IS"/"WHERE IS".
ALL SALES FINAL…..NO REFUNDS
NO public restrooms.
