All Items are on ground level at a storage facility . Buyer is responsible to load their own vehicle. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROPER ASSISTANCE DO NOT BID.
Winning bidders *must* bring help for removing large/heavy items & proper packaging materials if needed. You must bring help *before closing of pick up* or your items left behind are forfeited without refund. It is at the discretion of the auction manager to deny a buyer to attempt moving an item if we feel you cannot lift/remove it safely. For safety and insurance purposes, we urge you to be mindful when bidding. Look for measurements, use common sense - can you lift it/will fit in your vehicle? Ask questions if unsure *before bidding.* Items after pick up closes cannot be left to be picked up from outside the home/ facility . We are restricted by contractual agreement with Seller and Clearing House. Please understand these terms and do not ask.
