18% Buyers Preview to be applied to total hammer price. 

Payment may be made prior to pick up online with Visa/MC/Amex or in person at pick up with cash or NJ state check. 

In person pick up on:
Saturday, June 26 9am to 4pm
Sunday, June 27 1pm to 4pm

Please contact Auctioneer for alternate arrangements.   Failure to remove items, or make arrangements by June 27th, will result in disposal of the items at the auctioneer's discretion. 

Packing materials are the responsibility of the winning bidder.  No assistance will be available for removing heavy items, you must bring your own help. 

Please be considerate of the home owner's property when parking, and removing lots. No street parking. 

Auctioneer will consider shipping small items, please contact the auctioneer for shipping cost.  Any item marked PICK UP ONLY will not be considered for shipping. 

NJ Tax Law states we are not required to collect sales tax at an onsite estate auction.  Items that are shipped within NJ will have NJ Sales Tax 6.625% applied if shipped and winning bidder does not have a tax exempt number on file. 

Applicable taxes on 2008 Avenger will be required to be paid to NJDMV at time of car registration and the responsibility of the winning bidder.
