No parking in the driveway.
Those spots are reserved for the Seller and/or loading/unloading purposes.
Don’t block driveways, mailboxes, or hydrants.
No presales, no early birds.
BE RESPECTFUL.
Kick It Kleanouts and Estates maintains the right to ask anyone that is being rude, disrespectful, pushing, shoving, etc to politely leave
No need to bring your own bags or boxes. We recycle/repurpose/reuse.
Buying heavy? Bring muscle and tools!
Cash and Venmo ONLY Accepted.
Hit the ATM, Dunkin', and Little Boys/Girls room BEFORE arriving.
All sales are FINAL!!!!
