Monster book sale by LUCKY DAY ESTATE SALES .PLEASE READ DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAYS OR MAILBOXES.EVERYTHING MUST GO, Most everything in the house is for sale. This is a cash only sale. We are not responsible for accidents on the property. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges, and all items are sold as is with no guarantee. Masks are optional. You may start an entrance list on the first day of the sale. We will open sharply at 9 AM, and close sharply at 3. If you want to start a list early on the first day leave it on your car windshield or put it on the front step, take a picture with date and time stamp, and make that list available to all that come. You cannot make a list the day before the sale. I will not honor a day before list. I will only be letting 8 to to start as this is a tiny house and all of the books are in one room , We will open the whole house .Parking is extremely limited on this narrow street , but the homeowner will be there to help you park , try to car pool if possible. We will do our very best to get everyone inside in a safe and timely manner. We always start on time .Street parking is not good for this sale but you will be able to pull into the driveway for pick ups if necessary. PLEASE do not block driveways or mailboxes . There will be no bags allowed into the sale, we will be giving you boxes and trays and tubs for your shopping convenience. This sale is for FRIDAY and SATURDAY ONLY. We open sharply at 9 am and close at 3 pm.

Books, books and more books.There were 2 owners of the house , both were Rutgers professors.There was Mrs Frances Smith Johnson,she was a poet and writer, and then she sold the house to John Carbone another Rutgers professor who loved art , jazz music and sculpture.The books cover almost every subject.This is a very cool tiny house overlooking the river and the canal.
