First come, first served. There will be a sign-up sheet on the front porch. Cash or major credit cards accepted. Bring help to move large items. No large bags, please. Not responsible for accidents or damage. All items sold as is, all sales final, no returns. Respect area driveways! No early birds.

This downsizing family needs to liquidate the entire contents of their beautiful 5000 square foot home, tucked at the foot of a bucolic cul-de-sac in beautiful Sparta. There is no junk in this house! Now, we know Sparta's a little northwest of where we usually work, so to encourage you to make the drive, we're offering a little incentive: spend $100, get a free $5 Dunkin' Donuts gift card, while supplies last! And to sweeten the deal even more, most items (not every single thing, but many items) will be 25 percent off on Saturday!

Dining room: Table with six chairs with neutral upholstery, breakfront. The breakfront contains crystal and glassware by Waterford, Sasaki and Bohemia. The curio cabinet contains a collection of Lladro statuettes in various sizes, as well as several Willow Tree pieces.

Reading room: Kay 1890 electric bass, bass amp, quality books stacked to the ceiling, chess set and more.

Living room: Romweber desk and armoire, sofa console, carved coffee table, birdcage collection, bench, CD collection, many beautiful small items.

Master bedroom: Assorted tables, armoire.

Kitchen: Desk with detachable hutch, dining table and chairs perfect for refinishing, assorted cabinets, small butcher block, Longaberger basket collection, and many more items to be determined as the homeowners pack.

Laundry room: Whirlpool Duet stackable front-loading washer and gas dryer.

Back yard: Cushioned armchair set with coffee table, plastic storage bin, assorted planters.

Garage: John Deere tractor in need of TLC, Trek bicycle, Schwinn bicycle, set of ladies' golf clubs, set of juvenile golf clubs, bike rack, 20' aluminum flag pole, and more to come as owners continue to sort.

Bedroom: White metal queen size bed.

Lady's wardrobe in size 6-8 includes high-end brands such as Calvin Klein and Tahari, ranging from casual clothes to semi-formal suits, and huge collection of ladies' footwear, mostly size 7.
