By entering and purchasing at our estate sale, you acknowledge and agree that ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD “AS IS, WHERE IS.”
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all items carefully prior to purchase.
• No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted for any reason.
• No guarantees or warranties are expressed or implied.
Electronics, computers, cameras, appliances, and mechanical items are sold as collectible or vintage items and may or may not be in working condition. Functionality is not guaranteed.
By completing a purchase, you accept these terms in full.
LARGE ITEM PURCHASES:
Customers that purchase large items must bring additional people to help move and load their large items from the onsite location to their vehicle, We do NOT provide help to move large items!
QUESTIONS:
ALL questions about items including flaws, originality of artwork, quality of jewelry, etc. MUST be asked BEFORE purchasing.

INQUIRIES ABOUT PRODUCT IN A SALE:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept phone calls about questions on items, as the folks in the office do not know what is at each different sale, whether it’s sold, pricing, sizes etc. We are not able to answer questions about products pricing etc. leading up to the sale start date and time. The best way to get an answer to your question is to come to the sale during sale day hours.
NO OVERLY LARGE BAGS OR PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE Onsite Sale locations.

Please keep in mind you are in someone’s home. We treat their home as we are guests and require you to do the same. Each sale is a unique opportunity, an invitation into someone’s home to view the items they may have cherished, so please shop and respect the items and the home, as though it was yours, or we will not hesitate to ask you to leave.
