EVERYTHING MUST GO, This house is a total knockdown so everything in the house is for sale. This is a cash only sale. We are not responsible for accidents on the property, this is pickers delight so please be careful. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges, and all items are sold as is with no guarantee. Masks are optional. You may start an entrance list on the first day of the sale. We will open sharply at 9AM. If you want to start a list early on the first day leave it by the front door ,take a picture with date and time and make that list available to all that come. You cannot make a list the day before the sale. I will not honor a day before list. This is a packed tiny house so I will only be letting in 10 or 12 to start.We will do our very best to get everyone inside in a safe and timely manner. LOTS OF STREET PARKING .
