Pink Lady Liquidation Event – Sale Guidelines
Entry Protocol for Day 1: Be the List Legend! First person to arrive? Please park in front of the house and start a sign-up list.
Snap a pic of it , sign your name, and stay put until a Pink Lady team member arrives. We will honor that list – no sneaky business!
No parking in the driveway unless you're picking up a big ol’ treasure! Let’s keep things moving so everyone can haul away their fabulous finds.
Be a parking pro – follow the rules like a boss. Nobody likes a ticket... or a tow!
Don’t block driveways, mailboxes, or hydrants – the neighbors thank you! Let’s stay friends with the whole block.
No presales, no early birds – we love you, but not that early! We all start together – fair and square!
️ Bring your own bags, boxes, and bubble wrap. We’ve got the deals, you bring the wheels (or at least a tote).
Got a heavy haul? Bring muscle and tools! Sadly, we left our moving crew in 1998.
No refunds – test it before you treasure it! Plug it in, turn it on, shake it around (gently) before you go.
Cash is queen, but cards are cool (with a tiny fee). Swipe it like it's hot!
️ All sales are final – no take-backsies! We mean it. Pinky promise.
❌ No refunds. No returns. No regrets. Choose wisely, shopper extraordinaire!
No large handbags or bags – keep it light and breezy! Smaller bags = smoother shopping for all.
❌ No public restrooms – plan your pit stops! We’re here for the sales, not the stalls.
️♀️ All items sold as is / as found – every piece tells a story! Give our treasures a new chapter in your home.
⚠️ Safety First – A Quick Word on Accessibility
Our sales take place in private homes, each with a unique layout.
⛔ Not all homes are ADA-compliant — expect narrow hallways, tight aisles, stairs, and sometimes uneven floors.
Please wear appropriate shoes and step carefully. We do our best to flag hazards, but navigating safely is your responsibility.
Pink Lady is not responsible for accidents – please proceed with care!
 We Love Feedback!
Have a thought, concern, or idea? We’d love to hear it!
Reach out to Sarah directly with any feedback — good or bad.
 Loved your experience?
Please give us a thumbs-up on Facebook, or leave a review on Google, Yelp, or Facebook!
 Something wasn’t right?
Let Sarah know — we truly want to make it right and improve.
Thank you for supporting our small business — we appreciate you!
