This is a lovely home in Summit.  All of the furniture is vintage or older.  Living room sofa, chairs and tables, as well as dining room table and chairs, sideboard, china cabinet, all found on the first floor.  There is also a lovely set of vintage wrought iron porch furniture (WOODARD) which includes sofas, chairs, tables and cushions included.  A small office/library has leather chairs, bookshelves and many books.  On the second floor there are bedroom pieces, including beds, dressers,(some BAKER and HENREDON pieces) mirrors, nightstands, lamps and clothing. There is also office furniture, which includes  desks, lamps, leather chairs, computer equipment and more. There is some general household, including linens, china, silver and silverplate, glassware, kitchenware, washer and dryer, etc. The lower level of the house has some furniture, vintage golf clubs and bags, old skis, more books, some vintage toys (metal cars and trucks) old ice skates, sleds and more.  The garage has some tools and garden equipment as well as luggage and miscellaneous items. 

MORE HAS BEEN ADDED FROM THE ATTIC!! A Mid-Century dining table with 6 chairs and 4 table leaves, as well as a matching Sideboard.  Also, some vintage electronics, - television, radio and some other tube pieces.  Additionally, some more Sterling Silver pieces; tea set, goblets, and much more!  There are some lovely paintings and we've just discovered some vintage hats too!
